Finally a good refresh tool that does this simple thing we need it to. Tested three others that failed in that simple task. But not only it does that we need, but also implements a ton of additional options and gives the user control to customize to our liking. Definitely five stars.

Works great, refresh a site after the insert period of time. Last update has a bug, sometimes its starts with 12sec refresh. After insert new values, works normal again.
