定时刷新没问题，刷新后点击没有效果。就是让视频自动播放而已。

建议 1、点击时间可以直接开始计时，不需要再点击开始按钮 2、建议添加页面有任何操作暂停计时/重新计时，暂停可能不知道何时重新开始，但重新计时我觉得是可以的； 3、建议增加默认模板设置，高级功能里边没一个页面都要勾选很复杂最后感谢你们辛苦开发
