Unreliable, continually having to reset, enter master password, send push, etc. If I had the time to offer a step-by-step, case-by-case synopsis, I would but am weary of those that produce/market software like this not doing their own QA/testing and fixing it, instead of having the consumer do the leg work, Get it together Edge.
