Works great, thank you!
Would it be possible to add an option that allows to quickly hide/display all matches vs. matches only into the private password list?
We keep admin passwords in a shared password list for all IT, but usually we don't want to use the generic login.
Bugs, after turning off autofill, it continues to overwrite with my email address anything that looks like a username field on forms.
Needed to refresh a login page (with saved credentials) a couple of times following authenticating on the Passwordstate server before the extension would offer the stored names/passwords for a site if my Passwordstate session timed out.
If it doesn't fill or save your name/pass on a website, Press F12 to open DevTools, click the Inspect button (the mouse arrow) or Ctrl+Shift+C and click the username or password field on the form. You can get the ID and update the 'browser form fields' in your Passwordstate entry so it recognizes them.
Passwordstate is risky to use as it requires a number of sensitive permissions that can
potentially harm your browser and steal your data. Exercise caution when installing this
add-on. Review carefully before installing. We recommend that you only
install
Passwordstate
if you trust the publisher.
Risk likelihood
Passwordstate is probably trust-worthy. Prefer other publishers if available. Exercise caution
