| 2025-04-27 | Viet | | The extension requires entering a 6-digit verification code displayed by the iCloud for Windows app on the same device each time the extension is enabled in a browser session. This feels redundant since the user is already logged into their computer and can see the verification code without any further authentication. A more convenient and secure approach would be requiring Windows Hello authentication each time the user wants to fill a password. Until this issue is addressed, the extension's usability suffers. |

Not only does the iCloud for Passwords app never launch, but the extension never recognises when Passwords and Keychain is actually turned on in the iCloud app, so the extension is always off by default and simply doesn't work and cannot be turned on. |
