The iCloud for Windows app pops up the code automatically, so it's not providing any additional security - anyone who manages to log into my laptop can do this with no extra tools or knowledge. It's just friction. Also no way to bulk import passwords from another password safe product on Windows, but that's more a fault in iCloud for Windows than this browser extension. |

Sometimes, when you need to log in to a website that uses a "captcha," it fails every time with an error message stating that the captcha was unsuccessful. At first, I didn't realize that the issue was caused by the iCloud Password extension. However, when I remove the extension or use a different browser where the iCloud extension is not installed, I can log in without any issues. I hope this problem gets resolved soon. Once the new update fixes this issue, I’ll gladly give it 5 stars! |
| 2025-01-06 | Alton | | Extension works just fine, but unfortunately I believe there's a bug to where the little box doesn't pop up under the textbox when going to fill in a username/password. I have to manually click the extension, at which point it recognizes the site and gives me the account/credentials to click on. It's almost as if the extension isn't recognizing that the username/password textbox fields are actually asking for credentials. Works fine on another mac, however, and both are signed into Edge with my account and all extensions/settings are synchronized, so I kind of doubt it's a setting that's causing the extension to malfunction, but I could be wrong. |
