How to install Mendeley Web Importer from a CRX file
  1. Download the Mendeley Web Importer CRX file .
  2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Edge Add-on Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead.
  3. In the URL bar, go to edge://extensions
  4. Enable Developer mode
  5. Drag and drop the downloaded Mendeley Web Importer CRX file into the Extensions page
  6. When prompted, click Add extension to install Mendeley Web Importer.
