ToTAL AV SAFE SEARCH BLOCKS MY SEARCH REQUESTS i SEE THE WEB PAGE WITH SAFE SITE BUT WHEN I ENTER AN ITEM TO SEARCH it gets blocked

This is worthless. I've spent a lot of time and have chatted with two agents. They have not helped me - especially since this is supposed to be Tech Support. I'm waiting on an agent in the billing department to get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. They're going to take money out again in July!
