2023-04-04	David	Like many others reported. The record features keeps telling me to install the extension (it is and active). logging out of the browser does seem to fix the issue. I was able to get it working better with Chrome and FireFox.

Like another review stated, I removed the logged-in Edge browser profile, and that appears to have resolved the issue. It took me days to even successfully install PAD 2.27, and now the new Browser extension is a breaking change - unacceptable QA Microsoft
2023-01-26	Parsons,	No issues as being reported in recent reviews. Removed legacy extension, added new extension and web automation works just fine. I've tested on local computer and multiple VMs without any issues. Update: I started having issues on a VM after upgrading to 2.27. The previous review was on my local machine which did not cause any issues. However, on the VM I continued to receive the popup to add the extension each time Edge launched manually and automations were failing. After reading a few forum posts, I resolved the issue by removing one of my pre-loaded profiles. I now only have one profile loaded on the VM and I no longer receive this issue. I have already converted my desktop flows over to Chrome so I will leave those as is until MS fixes this issue.

2023-01-17	Diana	I'd like to ask the last reviewer Parsons if they did anything special to get it to work? I followed Microsoft's guidance including turning off apps running in the background. I also uninstalled Power Automate and the extension and reinstalled both. I have had nothing but issues with the new extension including 1) not able to launch edge - cannot assume control, 2) failed to navigate to web pages, and 3) not able to fill text or select boxes. These are automations I've been running for over 12 months without issue.
