2023-02-01 Jeremy When it works, it works well, but easily becomes disabled because Windows Defender clearly doesn't like it. I regularly need to uninstall and reinstall, though sometimes that also is difficult. The nearest VPN server for me is in the US, but the default one is to a data center that is heavily protected and so does not allow access to a lot of sites, including Amazon and a host of other common places. I have to choose a non-US location in order to be able to access the web as normal.

2022-09-06 Gary The setup process for a person who is not at all at tech person is not clear, not is it intuitive. I paid the price, I set up an identity and password, downloaded the program (I think) but I haven't got a clue on how to activate the service. I have several devices I want on this subscription (computers and a Kindle Fire) but have not been able to get the VPN working. You really need to spell out more clearly the processes for non-technical persons. I'm lost and pretty sure nothing is working, yet.
2022-07-21 Vladyslav Very good extension for MS Edge! Completely eliminates the need for me to install the PC Application but sometimes it srtuggles to keep the connection and it becomes broken so I cannot connect to the same server once again. I just need to either use another server or try to wait for a bit for my connection to be established once more. I will give it 4 stars at this point, definitely needs some fixes. Also, sometimes, as other people said, application disconnects me from my account which is quite annoying sometimes, I would say. But definitely a nice way to secure your browsing habits in the Internet.

2022-04-03 Christopher Sadly, it's just not good. It messes with my connection and I can't use some sites like Amazon properly. After a while it will drop out and won't load anything. Other times I get random login pop-up that goes away and returns randomly. Just a ton of technical problems. It definitely needs more work before being released. Sad, because I paid for a two year subscription. Unless you enjoy hours of fruitless troubleshooting.' look elsewhere. This app is just broken.
2021-12-22 nick Whenever trying to watch location-based content I had no success. I tried using another VPN called ExpressVPN and had more luck with it than I did with Surfshark.
