What is Web eID?
Web eID is an Edge add-on that empowers users to utilize their electronic identification mechanisms like ID-card, digital ID, e-Resident’s digital ID, and residence permit card securely over the web. The application enables secure online authentication and digital signing. Web eID extension works in conjunction with the native application installed on the user's computer. The native application can be freely downloaded from the provided link.
