| 2024-09-14 | Laura | | Loved Rakuten for years. Recently would occasionally run into issues with adblockers but it wasnt a big deal it would still work eventually. However it no longer works. I do not have an adblocker on, I do not have firewall, vpn, or any of the other things they list as an excuse for their service not working. The service is not longer usable for me and there is no way to contact anyone. Their contact submission form doesnt work, it fails every time I try to submit my issue. Really sad because Ive been using them since the beginning pretty much. |

Everything went smoothly but also no cash back value was received insofar making good on the terms and condition they offered respective to the cash back aspect of the terms and conditions. And it looks like they want Angela to jump through their hoops instead of doing their own research into the matter to boot. No thanks. Trust factor level is at 0 so far. |
