This Microsoft Edge extension allows user to see outline on every element of the page. Hold the keyboard Ctrl button and hover element it will show the element details along with the value.
Usage
Post installation simply click on the extension icon to turn it On or Off.

Great addition to debugging tools
excellent little add-on. I use it every day.
Thought it didn't work at first but after you install it go to the settings and select "allow access to file URL's". Everything works good.
