Does what it says... simple yes, robust no... It takes a screenshot and then allows you to simply markup the screenshot. I was unable to find any "undo" feature. While saving to .SVG and .PNG are great, I didn't see a way to save to clipboard (without taking a screenshot Win+Shift+S) to drop into an email describing markups. I'll probably continue to use it on a limited basis until I find something lightweight that does a fair job.

Not very useful when attempting to use for marking a PDF file. The extension only does one small part of a page at a time.
