2023-09-27 Alvarado, GARBAGE!!!! This app is straight trash, I was disconnected in the middle of an exam. It did not specify why, nor did it let me restart after trying to follow their troubleshooting advice. One of the instructions was to do a live chat with support, but it wouldn't let me. The only other option it was giving was to send an email and hope for a response before my timed exam was over. HA! What a joke!

2023-08-09 Wright, There are severe technical difficulties that need to be resolved in this program. I was unable to start my exam for over an hour because I could not sign the exam agreement. I was on live chat with help assistance for over an hour and all of their solutions did not work, in the end asking me if I could take my exam on another device.

2023-07-05 Elizabeth I thought I would give it chance; however, this application is trash. I changed the settings because I do not feel like this "add-on" should have all the access that it is asking for. I allow it access to the websites it should (school and the workbook website) but it still is not working. The "please wait while we prepare your exam" has been preparing the exam for over 30 minutes and it is still preparing. Who came up with this? Please take it back and never use it again. AND my exam is still loading. 35 minutes later.

2023-06-04 Charles I am appalled that a university asked me to install this for an online class only for it to not work! I do not like all the strange access it requires and I also got stuck on "please wait while we prepare your exam..." I've taken online courses before, but never had to use such software.

Its already taken me an hour and it still hasn't loaded. contact your professor before using this ****. "Please wait while we prepare your exam." Don't mess up your exam. Go to your college if you can and take it there. At least you'll be able to get help there maybe. This doesn't deserve a star.
2023-03-17 Katie 0 stars, do not recommend. Extension is required for online course, which I would not mind if the application ever worked! Takes forever to connect and log in, issues every single time. Live chat is never helpful.

2023-03-01 Aaron This is so stupid! it takes me 2 hours to get into a 30 min test. It is making my computer glitch like crazy! I already had to take it to get it fixed because this "useful" tool crashed it by not wanting to load right!!! cost me over $100.
