| 2020-08-06 | Alexander | | Includes everything I needed the new tab on Edge to do after I switched from Chrome for better performance. I can use the Bing image of the day without those annoying Microsoft tips/advertisements/unwanted text boxes blocking the view. I can also set Google as the default search engine and use the search box rather than the address bar unlike the default Edge new tab page. The tiles are cool too I just don't use them because I prefer a minimalist setup where I can see the image of the day without obstructions. If I had to make any nitpick changes I would say the search box and the pinwheel in the corner could be smaller, but again that is going back to my minimalist preferences. Otherwise this is a really great app and a huge improvement over the default new tab! |
