Installation of this extension is required to set Norton as your home page and new tab page in Edge. The Norton home page includes Norton Safe Search. This application helps protect you from identity theft and online scams by alerting you to dangerous sites when you search, shop or surf online.

Norton Safe Search provides website safety ratings. These ratings indicate: • Whether the site is trusted. • Whether you should be extra careful; or • If it is known to be a malicious site and you should avoid it.
