The QR Code Extension enables you to instantly create a QR Code for the current page URL with a single click. The generated QR Code appears in a compact popup for easy scanning. Additionally, it provides a feature to scan QR Codes using your webcam directly from the extension.

Designed with privacy in mind, this extension does not require any special permissions or access to your tabs and data and operates entirely offline when generating QR Codes. Your URLs are never sent over the network, ensuring secure and private use. This approach optimizes performance by consuming no unnecessary memory when inactive. For editing QR Codes, the extension links to an external site but keeps your browsing data safe during regular use.
