'Cookie Auto Delete' is an lightweight Edge add-on that wipes out cookies from your browser after closing a tab or the entire browser. The add-on features an easy ON | OFF switch and allows users to choose between Tab-Only or Session-Only modes for deletion of cookies, including third-party cookies. The extension includes a domain whitelisting tool for selective cookie retention. Aimed at enhancing user privacy, it restricts tracking of user behaviour across multiple websites.

The whitelist would not save for me, so I could not specify which sites to exempt, and for me that means not using it. Edge Version 94.0.992.31. There was no "save" button on the whitelist page, and when I close it the whitelist wasn't saved. Also using uBlock Origin and Adblock Complete.
