Support is fantastic! I had an issue with my master password...fat fingered it too many times I guess...I submitted a help request via email and received an answer...the CORRECT answer, within an hour. Thank you!! |

Very helpful plugin. However, it does not play nicely with Bing.com. Editing the search query on the results page results in a freeze of the Edge browser. I need to restart it. This extension seems to be responsible for that issue. A workaround it to enable it on click, after which I need to reload the page. This hinders productivity. |

I have been using Keeper now for many years and it's been a godsend - I can easily create and maintain complex passwords for my online accounts and use them with ease. I recently had a minor issue with my subscription, but Rene in Support resolved it very quickly for me - that's the kind of support you need for something as important as Keeper! |

I had let my 30 day free subscription expire, and the help team reset me account and got me set up. They were GREAT. And I was floored by how easily they were able to pull all my passwords from my computer. Good grief!! Hope I'm safe now. |
