How to install Notifier for WhatsApp Web from a CRX file

Option 1: The easy way (for Windows users only)

2. Type in chrome://restart in the URL bar to restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
3. Download and install the Notifier for WhatsApp Web CRX file

Option 2: Advanced method

1. Download Notifier for WhatsApp Web CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Edge Add-on Store. If so, you may need to use option 1, or download the ZIP file instead.
3. In the URL bar, go to edge://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
5. Drag and drop the downloaded Notifier for WhatsApp Web CRX file into the Extensions page
6. When prompted, click Add extension to install Notifier for WhatsApp Web.

How to install Notifier for WhatsApp Web from a ZIP file

1. Download and unpack the Notifier for WhatsApp Web ZIP file to a directory of your choice.
2. In Edge browser, go to edge://extensions
3. Enable Developer mode.
4. Click on the Load Unpacked button.
