2025-01-06 | Iris | Ich kann in der neuen App den Passwortmanager nicht mehe aufrufen.
2025-01-01 | Bill | People, I have also used Norton since Peter (Norton) went by a pet name. I reluctantly added using the poasword manager several years ago as it was bare bones and did not work so well on some devices. (Galaxy phones for example) I went with them out of some loyalty in the hope they would put more effort into it. I think a few years ago when they started the autofill PW vault style they only did enough to keep up with the "Flintstones". (<--Politically correct?) I also figured they will not go out of business as others have. I sent them an email stating I am using the product in the hope it will improve. It has somewhat and is above acceptable maybe even 8 out of 10. I think for hi tech people that have the band width to use multiple apps they might get higher quality but overall for people that do not have the time to deal with multiple Norton is a one stop shop. I did complain about them separating and charging for many separate components. but they need to make a living. send gd vibe
2024-12-31 | Don | I have been using Norton since MS-DOS 2.x, and it just gets worse. Subscription price and the lack of performance is having me looking for an alternative.
2024-12-30 | Paul | I’m experiencing the same issue. Initially, I thought it was my old laptop slowing down, so I bought a new, faster one, but the issue persists. Even after signing in, a red dot sometimes remains, though it does open and display the passwords eventually. However, I’ve noticed that even when it opens, there’s a delay before the passwords become accessible. I’ve been using Norton for a long time, and while it has always slightly slowed down my devices, this is significantly worse. My subscription was recently renewed, but if this continues, I’ll seriously consider not renewing again.
2024-12-30 | Gary | Why on earth do your developers continue to keep changing the screen with all my settings. Now I have to start all over again and now cannot add Password Manager to my Norton Dashboard. Please stop fiddling with this. Its becoming annoying.
2024-12-27 | Ken | The most recent update (November 2024) seems to have slowed the extension considerably. It takes an unnecessarily long time to get a login screen to enter the vault password, then it takes another unnecessarily long time to open the password vault to access or autofill essential passwords. I had good experiences with Norton Password Manager until this most recent update. I hope Norton fixes whatever is causing these unnecessary delays, or I may need to explore other password managers that make better use of my time.
2024-12-24 | Peter | I'm finding it impossible to open at all! After selecting "Open Vault" I'm left just watching a rotating blue circle in middle of screen. HELP, please as can't find a way round it.
2024-12-22 | Lee | Something is up. Shows all the signs of poor testing. I have the vault with Norton 360 on a Windows 11 laptop. When you click on the icon in the tool bar nothing happens. I reset the extension permissions to default, still nothing. At somepoint there was an auto login when the edge browser came up. That doesn't seem to work at all. But I cannot turn it off. Manually adding the password is futile on Wi-Fi or hardwired. Something is amiss locally with the set up but neither the poorly trained support souls nor I can seem to fix it. It is like the New Norton 360 update i added prevents the link in the icon opening. I notice I have to manually open links in outlook no matter what my settings are for email links. I am lost for a means and feel like I may abandon it for a Nord VPN Password manager.
2024-12-18 | Joseph | Have used Norton Password Manager on all my computers and with all browses for over 20 years. Why are all these people having so many problems? Maybe it's not Norton Password Manager but the people trying to use it. I have never called for support and have fixed any minor issues that have come up over the years myself. So what's the problem?
2024-12-16 | Vince | Rated one because in the past few weeks the ap just stops opening on my windows 11 PC. Ridiculous. Wants me to sign into Norton but password doesn't autofill. I request on one time code and it never arrives. Service chat help worthless. |
