The Timeout seems to malfunction when set to over 30 seconds.
I confirmed on two versions of windows with two different minor versions of Edge. There are no other extensions installed. When 'No of seconds' <= 30 seconds extension performs as expected. I tested 10, 15, 30 seconds.
I when I tested 31, 40, 45, and 60 seconds the extension did not progress to the next tab as expected.

Works great. Would be nice to be able to set how many seconds per individual tab.
