This is the extension you want for a simple highlighter tool.
I've literally never wrote a review before, but it is ridiculous how many bad highlighter extensions there are. I've tried like 10 other "highly reviewed" extensions but this is the only one that just simply highlights text on a page, which you can get rid of if you want.

Saves every webpage for which you highlight *any* text as a *publicly* accessible webpage at website marker.to ... a "feature" which can't be turned off!!! It seems *zero* thought was given by the developer to the *terrible* security implications of this, and nowhere during installation is any warning given about it. AVOID!!!
