ColorFish Color Picker has earned a fairly good reputation and likely can be trusted.
The tool is great. The icon is too small and complicated, it's not easy to identify in the extension bar.
The only color picker that has worked for me, thank goodness for colorfish~

Appears to be working fine on my Edge browser in Windows 10. I enjoy the little colour names that show up when you pick a colour! I wish I could scroll the page while picking colours. Works fine with Canva though, which is my main use for colour picker extensions.
