totally useless App. It does not work

DOES NOT WORK or ACTIVATE! trying to do my Swago board to earn a lil extra cash... but cant complete it because this extension DOES NOT WORK! which is ridiculous to me. what a scam/ joke. starting to think it was purposely designed like this, just so THE PEOPLE using your site cant complete the offers and earn the reward.
