Summary
MyGuide Player for Humana enables its users to access personalized Guides published by the Humana organization's admin.
In the Library section, the users can navigate to folders, sub-folders, and workflow guides created on their CRM, Salesforce as shown in the picture.
Users can play the guide in-app, in ShowMe mode, TestMe mode, and reach out to the blog. They will also get download options where they can download the Video file, PDF, PPT, GIF, and Plain Text of the guides. An option to translate the guide language is also available.
