What is Download with JDownloader?

Download with JDownloader is an Edge add-on that enables seamless connection between your browser and the JDownloader. In its two operational modes, it either allows direct downloads from the context menu or interrupts the built-in download manager to redirect requests to JDownloader. It requires the JDownloader app installed on your OS and a native client for interfacing with JDownloader. The add-on enables sending download jobs to the external downloader via JDownloader's local server. A native client is only necessary when JDownloader isn't running in the background.

if you want to download with your built-in downloader, you can deactivate this extension with one click you need to run JDownloader before trying to use this
