Open App - Edge Add-on
Open App is a free and open source Edge add-on that enables you to open a site's App directly from your browser. Simply click on the extension's icon when it is enabled for a website with an external App, and the add-on will attempt to open the App. Make sure you have the App installed on your device for it to work properly. If the website does not declare a linked App, the extension won't open it. Get the source code on GitHub.
