2024-11-26 Hagen Hallo Ute, das Programm muss im Browser installiert werden, es ist ein Add-on. Deshalb hat es wahrscheinlich bei Dir nicht geklappt. Bei mir lief es bis jetzt reibungslos. Den Punktabzug gebe ich deshalb, weil ich die Erklärung der verschiedenen Versionen von McAfee unzureichend finde. Ich habe "Life Safe" und es wurde ein Angebot zu einer KI gestützten Version gemach, was ich eigentlich sehr gut finde. Die Frage ist nur, ist bei dem Programm ein Safe dabei und wie wird das laufende Konto abgerechnet wenn ich umsteige? Viele Fragen und wenig Antworten.
