Netflix Sync Party is a free, open-source Chrome extension that lets you effortlessly schedule and enjoy synchronized Netflix watch parties with your friends. With just a press of a button, you can share a unique link to watch your favorite Netflix movies and shows in perfect sync — no ads, queues, login requirements, or lag.

Designed for simplicity and stability, Netflix Sync Party avoids in-extension video or text chat to reduce lag and capacity issues. Instead, it encourages users to use their preferred chat platforms simultaneously. For optimal syncing, it recommends ensuring everyone's device clock and timezone are set correctly.

While it doesn't yet support multi-episode syncing or synced seeking due to security considerations, it remains a reliable and easy way to watch Netflix together remotely. Created out of a desire for a more stable, user-friendly experience, this extension is maintained openly with source code available on GitHub.
