[1]ISSUE: I've received a notification daily for two months that states the "HP Dynamic Audio" add-on is "not installed" in my browser. But when I check the installation status on this page (https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/hp-dynamic-audio/iahgjpkfebmcdcaifedofgakoancmoli), the page states (just under the "Remove" button in the page's upper right-hand corner) "Add-on already installed on your browser." I am using add-on version 1.1.4.2, updated March 19, 2021. NOTE: For the first month I used my device, I received no notifications regarding the add-on. The add-on was installed during that time, too. [2]SUGGESTION: I have no way of measuring, visualizing, or hearing what this extension does. I suggest the development team add a feature that enables real-time user perception of the add-on's value. Otherwise, skeptical users are likely to remove the add-on. |
