It enables decoding (or encoding) of URL strings, thus aiding in the efficient interpretation of encoded URLs. This tool also remembers your last entered URL and shows it the next time the extension opens. Options to clear, paste, append, copy, and replace URLs enhance its utility.

URL encoding (also known as percent-encoding) is a mechanism for encoding information in a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI).
This is a developer utility that allows you to paste (or type) an encoded URL string into a text field and see a decoded version.
