2021-03-22	Davis	The ruler can't measure any part of the webpage that isn't inside the <main> area of the webpage. This makes headers and overlays are unmeasurable, so I can't recommend this tool..

Measure-it only shows you width and height, but PRR shows you position as well as dimensions, lets you snap to elements, lets you change individual values, and more.
