| 2024-12-20 | dazza | | Ive had nordvpn for two years,the windows desktop version that has threat protection pro included,six weeks ago threat protection stopped working & ive reported the issue to nordvpn support & spend a massive amount of my time & effort trying to get the issue resolved but the support is the worst ive experienced unfortunately,I was told my case is being worked on by the advanced technicians team but its been over six weeks & the truth is nothing is been done at all,im ignored & have wasted many hours on this,shocked truly how bad custom support is,unacceptable & I deserve a lot better than this for the money ive paid this company......worst experience |
