2024-10-22	S	Awful VPN, awful customer service, awful extension, awful client, awful experience. They mislead customers by saying they have so many servers when in fact they have a few in each location (city). Years ago, they used to have many and you can clearly see and select the number. That's no longer the case. They have fewer servers/data centers which make it problematic when the website you are trying to visit blocks VPNs. This service also doesn't work in China and many physical stores where they block VPN access. None of the protocols suggested by Nord support work to circumvent these restrictions. Speeds fall dramatically after 30-day refund window ends. The desktop client is an incredible resource hog and unlike most other VPN services/clients will run in the background even when not enabling VPN access. The solution is you need to tweak your Windows services. Overall, I will not buy this VPN again and I don't recommend it at any price unless it's free.

All the recommendations both on your support page(s) and online AI recommendations do not work. There is an X on every setting/extension I use, in fact it has affected my laptop and mobile phone and has caused me issues like I stated. I have already uninstalled it twice and that did not work. I am totally lost and need HELP. Can you remotely and securely access my device and fix this before I escalate this higher. Thank you! Please let me know who to contact directly. 2024-10-12	Fabian	I do use NordVPN on my phone, where it runs on constantly. Furthermore, I also have it on my laptop, and on my PC. While using the webbrowser (Edge) extension app, the service runs very smooth. I would say I lose some internetspeed when I run the desktop app though. But overall, I am very satisfied with NordVPN ! Thanks to Revolut banking account, I got introduced to the VPN service. I do recommend it greatly. I travel and live between continents, and I never have had problems with streaming my favorite country-related Netflix streams. The auto adblocker also works very well on different websites where you usually get the popups etc. Quick connect to the best nearest server available or just choose which country server you want to connect to manually, easy and fast. With NordVPN you are good to go, you are much safer on the WWW. It has an excellent UI, and you are well protected.
