Social Cat helps you remember who is who on social media, categorize your social circle and tag posts on your timeline in a super fun way. This is a great tool for marketing professionals, influencers, event organizers, online businesses and social media power users.

Moreover, you can add notes, custom fields and tasks (to-do lists) for people you categorized on social media. In other words, you can create your own social media rolodex!

You can also perform searches on this rolodex, and find people based on the categories, tasks, notes and fields you assigned to them. You can even export your social media rolodex as an Excel spreadsheet.

Currently, it works on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Hacker News and Eksi Sozluk but we'll keep adding support for other social media sites.

You can categorize your social feeds / friends and add colorful tags to their posts so that they would stand out on your timeline. It is super easy and fun to use.

This really helps you defy the Zucked-Up algorithmic timeline, so you can see the users you truly want to see, like browsing your way like the Yellow Pages. What could be more simpler than adding users to categories and having internal notes on them? Essential and much overdue for anyone who likes keeping "up to speed" on what's going on in the world or monitoring the latest instagram pivots, algorithm changes and their favourite creators. Or should I say, the sugarithm or categorithm? If something went viral or you've seen it before but can't remember where, taking control of who you follow and how you revisit them, is essential. What's most useful is that you can export your data and assign colours for each category.

Super useful extension. It saved my life! I work as a social media consultant and follow a mix of accounts. I was able to group and tag people/pages/posts with Social Cat. This should help you check your timeline in a whole new way. Definitely recommend!
