| 2024-10-16 | Danny | | I renewed the subscription last night while trying to detect and delete viruses. I continued telling me my subscription was expired. I renewed again this morning so now iv'e paid twice. Still shows expired. My e-mail is [email protected]. Hopefully this will start workingn and i can be refunded for my 2nd renewal. I'm definitely no impressed. |

I was notified that my subscription expired 10/10/2024, I renewed it this morning and every time it completes a scan it tells me my McAfee is expired. My email is [email protected] if you care to assist with this. If not resolved I will remove McAfee and find another source for virus protection on my computer. By the way, I have never accessed any sites that would cause this as I only use my computer for personal email. The warnings feel like a total scam to me. |

I am beginning to think that McAfee is a scam site and cannot protect my equipment. I will not be renewing next time You need to fix this problem now or refund my money. |
