What is Ecosia Darkmode?

'Ecosia Darkmode' is an extension for the Edge browser designed to provide a comfortable viewing experience while using Ecosia. It introduces a custom dark theme, in the style of Google's dark mode, for all Ecosia searches, providing a visual rest for the user's eyes and promoting eco-friendly browsing. This lightweight add-on ensures no flickering or flashing when loading new pages and respects user privacy. A recent update has addressed Ecosia's introduction of their native dark mode.
