A extensão não funciona em nenhum dos meus navegadores. Já a reinstalei várias vezes, inclusive, os produtos Kaspersky que tenho no computador. O mais engraçado é que tenho o plano premium e o suporte é simplesmente PÉSSIMO. Estou desapontado com a Kaspersky, depois de anos como cliente, simplesmente não conseguir nem sequer utilizar o complemento de gerenciador de senhas porque ele não desbloqueia o cofre, mesmo a senha mestra estando correta. TRISTE. Ao final do período de assinatura, não tenho dúvidas, vou migrar para a Bitdefender. |
