Option 2: Advanced method

1. Download Twitter Media Downloader CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Edge Add-on Store. If so, you may need to use option 1, or download the ZIP file instead.
3. In the URL bar, go to edge://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
5. Drag and drop the downloaded Twitter Media Downloader CRX file into the Extensions page
6. When prompted, click Add extension to install Twitter Media Downloader.
