It works wonderfully!
Been using it for a while now, I am a big fan of simple login but I did find it a bit tedious to always open the website, create aliases and etc. But with this extension it's so much easier now; it auto-fills the alias-prefix with the name of current website and adds a note for that website, I only have to add my 'from' name to that alias and that's about it! It is such a hassle free experience and I haven't encountered a single problem with it.
This extension is a must have!

Only 4 Star because there is sometime bounced mail and to find how to autorise them by services (outlook, icloud, gmail etc) not really easy (maybe add it more findable on your website)
