eBird enhancements

This browser extension comprises five independent enhancements or enhancement groups for eBird pages. The enhancements are:

1 Identify flagged checklists 2 Trip Report enhancement group a Sort checklists b Copy the list of checklist URLs to the clipboard c Download trip report GPS tracks d Export trip report checklists to worksheet 3 Checklist multi-sharing 4 GPS track downloader for one checklist 5 GPS track downloader for a list of checklists

Three of the four enhancements were previously distributed as separate extensions; now all are grouped together here and the old separate extensions can be uninstalled if you have them. You only need this one extension for all of the enhancements that I provide.
