- Securely copy selected text to the clipboard with encryption.
- Encrypt selected text and securely save it in synchronized storage.
- Replace the original content with encrypted text.
In addition, it offers the ability to: 4. Decrypt encrypted text and copy it to the clipboard. 5. Decrypt encrypted text and replace the original content.
Important details about the extension:
- The extension uses your passphrase to generate a new SHA-256 private key and a random public key for text encryption and decryption.
- Please remember your passphrase, as there is no way to recover encrypted text if it is forgotten. For your privacy, the extension does not store passphrases.
- You can choose to store encrypted content in your browser's synchronized storage for easy access across synced browsers.
