Yawas

Highlight Web pages; stored online and recreated automatically when you revisit a page

What is Yawas?
'Yawas' is an Edge add-on that enhances the user's web browsing experience by allowing highlighting of web pages in various colors. This makes it easy to mark and add comments to important parts of web pages, with the added advantage of storing these highlights online. When the user revisits a previously highlighted page, Yawas auto-restores the highlights, eliminating the need to remember or manually recreate them. Accessible through context menus, ‘Yawas’ also allows the addition of notes to highlighted sections and the ability to quickly navigate bookmarked pages.

Your highlights are stored using the built-in storage API. Yawas automatically recreates your highlights when you reopen web pages.

To add a note or comment, mouse over an existing highlight and pick "Add Note" (or the keyboard shortcut -N). To recolor or delete a highlight, select some of its text and choose another color or "Delete" from the context-menu.

You can also quickly access all your bookmarks with "Yawas - Search" or edit the current page's bookmark (including its labels/tags) with "Yawas - Edit".

Often cannot detect the account is already signed-in. Keep asking to sign in... This is a very good extension if without bug. Hope PG can fix this soon. Suggestion: Add color for dark mode.

It's very good for highlight text on web page. But i have another question, how can i highlight more than 2048 character in one page. Thanks for your extension!

The tool is so useful and will a great time saver for those who have to take lot of notes from web pages and club it together. The tool helps to highlight the key points we wish and the page when revisited will retain the same highlights we made. The even more benefit is that the option to extract all our highlights to our file. Great appreciation for the developer
