I have tried to get it opened to get passwords to critical medical sites only to have to get new passwords from each of the sites including IU health to check on a path report to see if I had cancer. If it does not improve and improve quickly I will find something else. I also have alot trouble with this "master password and password. NO OTHER site gives this much trouble. Sure it has "forgot password" but there is no where we can find for "forgot master password." |

I am also being asked to enable realtime protection, this is so annoying, and trying to find somewhere on the website to talk to someone about my issues is non existent. |
