I tried several but this one worked as I wanted, One thing it is missing it could be a good idea to have a counter display for the times that a tab is refreshed: for example if you set 1 hour (that's what I do) I am seeing the 1h but I also want to se how many times the tab was refreshed

The ONLY honest auto refresh ext out there that DOES NOT WANT YOUR PRIVACY! It requires ABOSOLUTELY NO PERMISSION!
