2024-03-18 Quentin I hope all is well with you. I'm currently exploring avenues to enhance my business portfolio through strategic investments in Chrome extensions, and I've been particularly impressed with yours. I believe there's a tremendous opportunity for growth and would love to discuss the possibility of acquisition. 2023-07-01 Alex Matt Kruse should be running Facebook's UI/UX department but sadly all he can do is give us this brilliant extension to make using FB less painful; and thank god for that!
2023-06-23 Shelly Finally, an add-on that works automatically and is almost completely customizable. They even have a support group on Facebook if you have questions.

2022-06-15 Erica I've been using this extension since the mid-00's when it was known as "Better Facebook." I've carried it with me switching from Firefox to Chrome to Chromium Edge, and it's shined on all of them, with breaks due to FB code changes always being addressed (or at least acknowledged) within days. Matt has done an AMAZING job keeping this app updated and relevant through numerous massive Facebook UI changes. Few devs are as devoted to projects they actually have full control over! Donate to this guy -- he deserves a coffee or a drop in the bucket for his kids' college funds. Matt, if you read reviews, I also want to say thank you. In 2016(ish), the Friend Manager feature let me quickly identify and address a misunderstanding with an acquaintance on the other side of the country. Life is strange, he moved, and since 2018, we've been in a relationship that wouldn't have happened without Social Fixer. :)
2022-02-14 Douglas thank you
2021-06-22 Tom People who give this bad reviews generally don't understand how Social Fixer works. It attempts to override how Facebook presents information by reformatting Facebook's HTML on-the-fly. That's incredibly difficult especially since Facebook is constantly changing the UI. Matt Kruse (the developer) puts a LOT of work into a free add-on. Personally, Facebook would be largely unusable for me without Social Fixer. Also, Social Fixer has a ton of features including filters and tweaks that you can completely customize. Don't want to see political posts or cat posts? Easy peasy. However, you can't simply run SF and expect it to read your mind as to how to behave. Are there times when SF doesn't work? Yep. Every time Facebook changes the UI, it may break something in SF. The simplest answer is to disable SF until Matt comes out with a new release (usually within a week). Or you can always put up with the glitch if it's not too bad.
