2023-05-31	John	Just been put through to 2 people. Call centre not UK based and conversation Unclear due to operators strong foreign accent. Have been on for almost 1 hour. Now they have cut me off. Have used Norton for many years and paid subscription in February 23 of £109.99 for 360Premium. Now we keep getting messages every day that we have a virus and should update further and pay more money. Not happy with Norton will be looking to change if they do not sharpen their pencils. The call centre is abysmal. Norton has gone down in my estimation and would not recommend it to anyone anymore. There are other companies out there NORTON that can deliver a better service for their costumers, bear that in mind.
