The 'Universal Smart Card Browser Gateway' enables access to a smart card attached to your computer. Some of our web applications require access to a smart card inserted into your smart card reader for various use cases. This extension is a "native messaging extension" and works in conjunction with an application installed on your computer, which is also provided by the web application for installation.
