Seems to be an internal-only tool for use by USPTO. When I tried to use it, it complained that there were no TMNG tabs open. I guess this is some internal system they use and the extension is only designed to work with it? Too bad, because so many of these screen cap tools are kind of sketchy and it would be nice to have one from such a trustworthy source.
