'Save Pinned Tabs' is an add-on for Edge that greatly simplifies tab management. It enables users to not only pin and save their active web pages but also load them on any window where the add-on is enabled. This tool even supports auto-loading of a preferred tab set on browser startup. Additionally, the extension offers syncing capability, thus facilitating seamless tab access across different devices.

Works just the way it's describe and how I wanted it to. Lets me circumvent the company policy forced start page and lets me load "my pages" automatically each morning.
