To begin using the software, you need to install the extension first. Once you are on the website you wish to turn javascript off, just click on the software extension to switch it off . You can turn javascript back on for that web page by clicking on the extension icon again.

This extension has a malicious code to redirect some of your traffic through magik.ly. It only does it the first time you type in a major website each day, so it's not easily noticeable. None of that is noted in the description, so that is why I say it's malicious.
